Does this not burn you up?  Freedom of speech (as long as I agree with what you say) for everyone!

Ugh, where is the reboot button?

Anyone think that suing this guy really helped the company?  They will probably be know as the company that sued that poor little guy after he complained about their service. On other hand he should have approached them first with the problem and if they didn't do anything he should have slammed them.

From Second URL
Espinosa, who was a reporter for the North County Times at the time, said that the sudden attack terrified him and triggered panic attacks that continue to torment him. The cat was an unofficial library mascot, he said, so the city is responsible for the attack, Espinosa alleged. His complaint said that, as a member of a protected disabled class, he expected a proper response from the city, which he never got.

Espinosa, who is representing himself, said money is not the biggest issue in his lawsuit. He hopes it will educate the public about the legal rights of people with "hidden disabilities"

WTF?  I've got some pictures of my screwed-up Kel-Tec on my web site, and the owner of the ISP I'm with called me at home to warn me about what's happened to other customers that complained on their web sites.  I thought the guy was being overly paranoid.  Maybe, he isn't.z
