Needing to build some ponds on my land so I bought a Cat 307 excavator today. It's a 94 in great shape but for some reason, the door is missing. Anybody here deal in Caterpillar parts? Or know where a guy can find a decent door? Can pay cash or trade for guns/parts/mags.
Also, any pond builders here? I'll take any and all advice[:D]

you bought an excavator just to build you a pond!? you must have more money than I do. but thats ok with me. anyways. the door missing isnt really a big deal most oporators always run the machine with the door open (it may be differnt were you live) im not suprised the door is gone. I work for a farm equip dealer and the cab excavators we sell (rather small) have no AC and you just open the door all the way and it stays. If I were you I wold go to your local CAT dealer they are generaly very good people they sholud be able to help you though they may be expencive. they may also be able to locate a used door for you. give them a try ive also heard nothing but good things about CAT equipment
