CLINTON VIRUS DELETES SYSTEM FILES

DESPITE GEORGE W. Bush being in office as U.S. President for over a year, his predecessor Bill
Clinton returned Friday to plague e-mail inboxes everywhere.
A new e-mail virus which promises users a "vvvery verrrry ffffunny" caricature of Clinton is making the rounds online Friday, according to McAfee.com and, if run at a certain time of day, the virus attempts to delete a large number of system files.

It might be worth opening if it had an actual picture of Bill & Monica and the notorious cigar.

EXPERT SAYS LOOK OUT WITH OUTLOOK

WHILE MICROSOFT IS in the midst of a company-wide initiative to bolster security within its products, a security specialist issued a research note Thursday warning of a handful of flaws in Microsoft's Outlook 2002 e-mail software which he claimed could let "bad guys" cause havoc on a user's computer.
Independent security consultant Richard Smith pointed to four "questionable security policies" in Outlook 2002 which he said Microsoft has yet to fix, even though he notified the company of the problems over the last twelve months, according to Smith's note.
