Some of the biggest laughs I've had in years have been at the local town boatramp. The 'boatramp follies' as I call them are well worth a trip to the ramp. Bring a cooler of beer and a lawn chair and enjoy the follies.

The guy is very lucky, but explain that to your insurance Co. I swear I swerved to miss a woodchuck. You know like that commercial where one runs out makes the car crash. Then him and his buddies laugh. That’s what happened yea that’s the story.

I know what you mean about ramp watching. Along the coast, there are even bleachers set up to watch boaters and spouses load, unload, crash, yell, cuss, and throw things.

Can't tell but its probably just a normal Class III hitch. The saftey chains are probably the only thing holding him on the boat.

Taken from an interview with the driver after he was rescued.
"I was coming up on the corner when a woman in a Beemer pulled out to pass me. I glanced over at her and she was driving with her elbows while putting on make up. I was so shocked I dropped my cellphone which knocked the donut out of my other hand. It fell in the cup of coffee I had between my legs splashing hot coffee all over my legs. This made me jump and my knees which I was steering with slipped off the steering wheel and I went over the cliff". "Damn women drivers!" [:D] |
