WASHINGTON -- A federal grand jury today indicted the Andersen accounting firm on an obstruction of justice charge in the Enron Corp. scandal.

No shit, I hadn't heard this.  Thanks for the update.  Spoke to someone who works for Deluitt and Toucsh - they said that "Arthur Anderson will cease to exist withing a year or two".

Yea, top management is where the true criminals rise to.
