I sent in a check weeks ago. Email to check on the situation keeps bouncing back as full and now my membership has been downgraded!

HELP!

Your emails do go through even with the bounce notification.

I just passed this thread along to the higher ups. Hopefully they will be able to fix the info ASAP.

Also, please send me an IM with your real name, or the names that were on the check. I'm assuming that you did include your username with the payment?
