This will probably be moved.
I don't have an ARFcom app (I don't think there is one), but I do have an icon on my home screen that takes me directly to ARFcom in Safari.

On my droid I just book marked it and added the widget. I don't think there is a specific app for it

There is no an Ar15.Com app for iphone or Android either. There is an Ar15.Com mobile site; a paid membership is required for full access i.e. starting or replying to threads.
