There needs to be a permanent forum dedicated to this topic.  I may not know much, but I own an IT consulting firm, and I know a lot about about recruiting, IT and the web.

When I say recruitment, I don't mean our spouses, mom's or kids.  Ideas and success stories need to be shared on this, and people need to be reminded to give back to the sport.  Great shooters are not born, they are made.
