You should change the "Yes employer mandate and I quit or was fired" to "Yes employer mandate and I will be fired" since the time periods for firing have not yet arrived.
Mine is the 24th of Nov, and that hasn't come yet, but I assure you the company will be firing me for sure. |

Heres the keyword im seeing... GAVE... Fucke them, they don't give you anything, but take your rights and enslavement of the future generations. It will never stop, until enough decided people say no to them.

March 1st either get the shots, get tested weekly, or be fired.
I'm going with weekly testing or being fired. |
|
AA's not giving the option for testing at all. Be completed with the vaccines by Nov 24th or you're fired.

Quoted: My deadline is Dec 8. They can get fucked. View Quote Posted my wife’s ordeal in your thread: Wife’s last day was supposed to be last Friday. She is an contractor for a major Telecom Corporation that suddenly was moved by KiddieFondler to mandate the vax. Dr. advised her and her sister to not vax because of an autoimmune disorder they apparently inherited from their mother. Management came through for her at the last minute with a short term solution and a raise. She has to wear a mask and has until sometime in February before they have to report compliance to the client. Who knows, maybe sanity will break out by then. POTATUS acknowledged National Disabled Workers Month a couple days ago. Thought it ironic that he laughs at the misfortunes of families of workers who get fired because their disability is they CAN’T get vaxed. Painful ass cancer, then ultimately dying in a flamethrower accident is too peaceful an end for some folks. |

No mandate yet, but there will be once OSHA publishes their dictate.
I will have to opt for weekly tests, I suppose. |
|
No mandate from my employer, but about 95% are vaccinated already.
|
|
Our company has made clear that they will not have a mandate unless the potential OSHA regulation becomes law and forces them to (well over 100 employees). That's about the best you can reasonably hope for at this point. The exception is that if you work at a client site you may have to adhere to the client's policies to retain access.

My employer recently announced we have to have the "vaccine" by Dec 8 or we will be considered as having "quit".
I am going to submit the form for a religious exemption, but I am expecting them to not accept it. I am prepared to fight it in court, but I am getting zero support from my wife. She wants me to get the "vaccine". This really, really sucks. |

No and I'm assuming they will wait as long as possible to do it if they do, it will for sure be a death of the site.

Federal LE and DoD supplier. I'll ride it out as long as possible but I have accepted that my badge won't let me in the gate on Dec. 9th.
There's a handful of employees including myself that are the backbone of operations and if we walk, the company won't have to worry about signing another fed contract ever again. |

I don't see a poll answer for : Unemployed until those enforcing mandates are arrested

50k+ employee corp.
Mandate is for all who work in office. I've been remote for 1.5 years now. No need to return to office to do my job. Job is mandating all return to work Oct 25 for 4 days a week. Defacto, mandate. I had already gotten the jab due to having a step-daughter with compromised immune system due to medications for a condition. |
|
|
My company was pretty pragmatic about it.
100 dollar bonus to get the vax If you don't get it, you can't come to office, stay working from home. (oh danggit. bummer, woe is me!) Can file for exemption on religious or medical grounds. I will probably file for exemption just so I don't get shit if I go to the office. |

I would hate to have to come home to my wife and admit I caved. I had a brief conversation with a coworkers wife last week. She is pissed he is thinking about it. |

Not yet, but their time keeping system accidentally sent out an email to go in the system and check a box saying you attest the documents you turned in to prove your covid vaccine are legitimate.
Going to the system and looking at the tab with my address and emergency contact info had it at the bottom. However, an email came out an hour later saying to disregard the previous email. Either way, I’ll file a religious exemption. Fuck that poison shot. |

My mandate is 6-30-22. I will not get the woke poke.
Terribly sorry, pedo joe. |

Still no mandate from mine. I'm shocked. We used to get weekly "Please go get vaccinated now!" emails from the chief diversity officer, along with other generally-toxic left-wing propaganda emails she'd send out every few days. Then they did a mandatory employee survey of vaccination status and intentions, with a condescending warning that employees who do not take the survey will be considered unwilling to vaccinate. Haven't heard a peep out of them since.
I wonder if they're shellshocked by the number of "I refuse to get vaccinated" responses and non-responses, and realize we will cease to exist as a company if we try to comply with King Potato's decree. (Or perhaps the diversity officer finally microaggressed herself into a stroke over some nonissue or another.) Our engineers tend to be left-wing, but they're also the "Rules are for thee, not me" type. They change their tune quickly when you start ordering them to personally participate in the things they claim to support. |

Need a "Yes employer mandate, I am probably going to quit" option.

Today is my first day unemployed in decades. Gov contractor, they rolled out the mandate with no mention of exemptions, or testing option. Called regional supervisor and told him I wouldn't be getting the shot. They really didn't want me to leave, offered to put me on FMLA etc until the mandate is rolled back. I said no thanks.
He told me to call him if I changed my mind. |

We got a mandate. I was prepared to be fired, but they "accepted" my exemption "request."
Now I have to decide if I still wanna work for a place that does this crap to people. I work for a nation-wide "faith-based" healthcare org. |

Federal contractor, mandated, filed accommodation, got the boiler plate denied letter abut 2 hours ago, saying I have to get raped by the 28th. Fuck’em. Not gonna happen. Really feel for a couple coworkers, married, one with 2 kids, one with 6. Sole breadwinners of the household. This shit sux.

My employer currently has a voluntary policy. It is our client's and other actions (such as airline travel mandates) that may force the issue at our company.
Received a call from one of our field guys yesterday. We have a project coming up in a blue state that has been mandating vaccines and he told me he's turning down the work if he has to be vaccinated. A second employee called me later and said the same thing. Right now there is not a requirement to be vaccinated to enter this facility but their concern wasn't getting into the worksite but staying in hotels and buying food. The fun part about all of this is some rando governor could push an EO that throws this all into a tizzy and I know for a fact our client's VP is a complete COVID vaccine nazi. Even asking the customer's project team may lead to additional headaches as they'll start to ask a lot of questions. What a shit show. |
|
My company has the mandate as well, but has not stated what happens if their demands are not met.
I suspect they are waiting to see the fallout then decide to either layoff (if only a few decline), charge $200 each check or back off if too many leave. |

It is a hard pill to swallow knowing your employer is using your job as leverage to push an agenda. The company had target dates set up for the review of all these cases and so far missed their deadlines. Probably will not be a grace period and will be separated as soon as my case is reviewed. I have been job hunting with a couple of prospects. I am glad it worked out for you. |

Quoted: Fortune 8 company (bounces between top 6 and top 8) Corporate came out yesterday, mandating that all employees that work in public--whether in offices, outside facilities, or even going to the local warehouse from their home office--will require the vax. Per the email I received from our #2 man, 100% telecommuters (myself included) are exempt. 20 minutes later, I got a nasty-gram email from corporate telling me I had to fill out an exemption request because I had been identified as not vaccinated and not planning to. I filled out the exemption and I had to sit through a 30 minute Covid19 vaccination overview that was pure propaganda and told to respond if you've changed your mind or not. (I haven't) Today, corporate announced that they are going to mandate that everyone will get the vaccine or be terminated because due to our government contracts, we fall under FJBs illegal decree that all federal contractors must be vaccinated. I am fully expecting to be fired by/before 1 December. ETA: Got word from my director 10/11 that I'm in good company. More than 1/3 of our department has refused the vaccines. What's funny (to me) is that the 1/3 are almost exclusively the productive ones who do the heavy lifting for the rest of the team. Cutting us loose is going to hurt the company in ways that they absolutely do not anticipate. ETA: Holy Shit! My religious exemption was approved!! My director called at 0700 to tell me the good news--and candidly told me that she pushed for ALL of her people's exemption requests to be approved. Talk about a relief. My Ex-Wife got our kids vaccinated. I got the shot because whatever happens to my kids will happen to me.
My employer just recently sent out an e-mail stating that because of FJB's mandate, and the percentage of government contracts the company has, that they were implementing a mandatory vaccination policy. We're an IT sub-division of a multi-National tech company... So I kind of expected this from them. I will not be getting any "booster" shots. Period. |

Already talked to my manager and made my thoughts known. This is my line in the sand, and I won't cross it. My health and my integrity mean more to me than my career. He didn't sound surprised in the least, so I suspect he'd had that conversation a few times already. That said, I do not envy middle management. They've got employees beneath them threatening to quit, in divisions that are already understaffed, while upper management tells them the only option is to gargle Biden's balls at gunpoint. There's been mentions of an exemption process, but nothing outlined yet. And I don't have high hopes for that, given the person in charge of that system is the Chief Diversity Officer which is basically a Democratic Party propaganda position to keep the employees "educated". It's amazing how quickly we Soviet-ized. |
