Got into a slump,set 3 planes I couldn’t finish aside and got a motorcycle to try to get some mojo back.
.jpg) I love the engineering of Tamiya kits but HATE and I mean HATE how they completely cock up such great models with those absolutely stupid screws and nuts that ruin the scale model look and make them just look like toys. I know I’ll not be able to stand how it looks when finished but just need to complete something. |

I've hit the slump too, so last night I started an OOB build of the 1/350 K'T'inga.
 Going for a onscreen look, instead of a studio model look,so I won't be doing the full green paint scheme. On screen it is more of a greenish grey, so I may try Feldgrau. |

An Academy P-38E and Revell Me262 represent my return to aircraft scale modeling after ~15-years. Both are still works-in-progress.   |
