Doxa homage, I'd say. Seiko SKX007 or 009 turned into a "Soxa".

A beautiful and rare custom watch for sure! Hands are custom plongeur style.

Dial with metal indices and Seiko 'tsunami' logo between 7:00 & 8:00 is no longer made. http://forums.watchuseek.com/f21/what-dial-1370449.html
