This was my granddad's watch. ( first edition of ref. 6538 with an explorer dial) It had a cheap expanding band on it when he gave it to me for my 16th birthday.  This was my first real watch.  It still keeps good time. It was last serviced by Rolex in 1996.

Russian dive watch with my 1987 Russian Mak.  I love these watches.  If I have to do any serious diving I use one of these. They are way under rated.

I've always wanted a James Bond watch, but Rolexs and Omegas be all expensive and shit.

Finally decided on a couple watches this past week. I'm really loving the Tritium glow on this one.

Well, I have found a sub-forum to make me feel that I need to spend more money...

My wife picked this out, and I love it.  I will never be a giant watch guy but I could see picking up a few.  I haven’t steadily worn a watch for 10 years.

The Sub and the sub slinger; I picked up the Honey Badger the day after Christmas 2019 and the SubC in August of 2019. I'm on the lookout for a 6 digit Polar Explorer II as well.

new daily wearer.  For the price, I really like the way this looks and feels. Just seems like a great value compared to many other offerings out there.

Face and bezel are a nice brilliant blue but the bezel sort of goes black depending on lighting.

My second Swiss auto came in today, an Alpina Alpiner 4. I like my Glycine, but this is leaps and bounds beyond it as far as fit and finish goes. I think it will look a little better with the black leather strap I ordered, but the included brown leather strap is extremely nice.

This was my dads.  It is a Longines from the 50s or early 60s.  Mens watches were on the small size.
