I am switching from a Vamo that I vaped a 50/50 blend at 8 watts. What blend and what wattage should I be at with a pico 75 with a melo 3 on top?

what's the volts? 24mg Nic is super high. I all day a 3mg. I hit a 6 and it knocks me on my ass. Im a big f'ing dude too.

I cape using watts. I ordered a pico 75 and I'm trying figure out what mixture of juice I need.
