Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - I can feel the batteries move inside my mod-Is this normal?

I have an Ijoy Captain with 2 20700 batteries. Sometimes I can feel them move. I've taken them out and inspected them and they look fine. Should I be worried?

Can you bend the negative springs out a little more to take up the slack?

There are no negative springs, both connection ends are bumps.
