Hey good advice from NY shooter.
But I have a few questions.
1. OP is 18 or older?  If yes please go on.  If no then you are doing something you should not be doing.
2. OP a vaper or a smoker?  if not refer to above.

3. why is it ok to fiddle and fuck around with someone's gear with no knowledge? Leads me to think OP is under age.

4. who other than homes with kids has poison control at the ready? straight nic solution above 65mg the risk of making that call and ems showing up before you shit yourself to death while your lungs and heart shut down before ems arrives let alone another phone call.

5. if that concerned why not go to the hospital or call ems vs. poison control.  

5. does the OP pick up stranger's firearms and pull the bang button without clearing it first?  no matter what still unsafe either way.

So the call to poison control is now registered against vapers on a whole since inquiry and call to the poison centers for e juice poisoning/toxic exposure is listed as a poisoning which in turn is reported to the CDC, FDA as ammo that is being used against us.  This last round of looming regulations, bans and restrictions the poison control centers was used by lawmakers, media, fda, cdc, and american lung ass.  as to why liquid was in need of regulations or out right bans.

I am all for supporting vapers and smokers willing to learn and quit but self sabotage is not in my wheel house to support it.

I'll address numbers 4, 5, and 6.

4 and 5 - this is exactly why poison control is a thing.  For this exact purpose.  You swallow something you think you shouldn't have or get it on your skin, what the fuck now?  I don't feel like I'm dying but I still want to be safe... call poison control.  Note the OP listed the 'symptoms' as occurring after the call(whether that's the right order or he just wasn't careful with his order, who knows?)

Call poison control first in many cases unless you feel like it's going to get that bad, that quick(obviously not the OP's situation).  If you are going down the shitter that fast you're probably fucked anyway, especially if I'm on the call   If it's that bad that they deem that few minute delay talking you through the situation before activating EMS is counterproductive to your care they will tell you to hang up and call 911.  This will take all of 15-30 seconds.  If it is that bad there are often times things you can do to help yourself while waiting for EMS and there are a lot of things you shouldn't do that you might think would help you that they will advise you to not do while waiting for EMS.  Why call first?  It could take us a while to get there.  When we do get there poison control will be able to direct you as to what to do/say when we arrive to help us and when we do get there guess what we are going to be doing right after our initial assessment(or during, depending on how many crew members we're rolling with)?   That's right, we're going to be calling poison control...

Yes it gets logged but I would never advise someone to not call for medical direction if they feel it's warranted just to save one tick mark on the scoreboard against vaping.  If I had a dollar for every bullshit call I went on where someone thought they had been poisoned to the point that they require an ambulance ride to the ER only to find out that you don't need to go to the ER because you swallowed a cough drop whole(yes, that was one of my first calls) I'd have enough money that I wouldn't have to buy these fucking clones anymore.

End of the day, if this story is true then the OP pulled a really fucking stupid move on numerous counts.  It happened... when I introduce someone to firearms and they do or say something retarded or dangerous simply because they didn't know better I don't tell them to go off and win a darwin award.  I explain to them in a calm and clear manner just how bad they fucked up and why it's that bad so that they don't do it again.

Fuck that, I'll be making more money than I've ever made (15 bucks an hour ).

Lots of room to move up the ladder though, good benefits, and 3.5 weeks of vacation to start.  I was gifted my last membership so when I re-up next time I plan on paying it forward to someone.
