Love this stuff. Put it on everything. Scrambled eggs, hamburgers, etc.
Anybody love this spicy fermented stuff?
Does anybody make their own? Been looking at recipes online.

My Mom is from Seoul, so I grew up with Kimchi.  Love it by itself or in other random dishes.  My wife makes burritos and I always add some kimchi to mine, freakin heaven.  My wife cant stand the smell...more for me  Edit:  I don't make my own, but my Mom did when I was younger.  Apparently, when I was about 4, my parents heard me crying in the kitchen.  I was up on the counter eating fresh kimchi.  Crying but still stuffing my face  I get mine now at a local Korean Mart.

I do enjoy some good kimchi- and not that crap they serve in the Chinese-food buffets either.
