I took some surplus prk sirloin roast, about 2.5lbs. Cut it into cubes, and ran it through my grinder on med.

added

1/2 cup fine chopped spring onion.
1/2 cup fine chopped cilantro
1 heap tsp curry powder
1 heap tsp garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp palm/ or brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
salt
pepper
juice from two limes
1 cup panko

mix above and let sit in fridge for a few hours

make heaping tble spoon size meatballs and fry alone or BBQ on skewers.

serve with jasmine rice, and choice of steamed veggies!

ETA: totally forgot about the heat!

add heat to your liking! I add a good long squirt of schiracha, and a tspn of crushed red pepper flakes.

Looks great man. My wife makes meatballs for spaghetti in a pan like that just to brown, then finishes them off in the crockpot. They melt in your mouth like that.

Im gonna have to try this meal!

Made some more this weekend.

ran a large red jalapeno through the grinder with the cubed pork!

Turned out fantastic, adding a good level of heat, along with another flavor note!
