Yes, I found out yesterday from his Girlfriend of 22 years that he had a unknown of heart condition, and had a massive attack while sleeping. they think he went in his sleep painlessly and quickly.

Some of us are going to be trying to help his Girlfriend out with things around her home and we may need assistance if folks are willing to help out that could be a great thing. First off, I have a question about plumbing, and if anyone here knows anything about costs concerning the following.

Attic mounted Hot water heater, replacement, install, need price for the unit and install. rough numbers are fine i realize no one is physically looking at it right yet. I'd imagine a 50 gallon or 65, not sure but it'd be a pony tank for an attic not a full upright....

My brother and i ( @coolbreeze302 ) are thinking of trying to get it replaced for her to help out as he had it go out and needed it fixed before he passed.

Gas or electric will make a difference. I just put a new 40 gallon lowboy electric in my house, myself. Cost of the heater was about $400 for a decent one.

thank you all for the kind words for andrew. amongst our group of friends, i was the one who was sick, with my cancer, that would have thought would have been more prone to have passed away suddenly, but instead it was him randomly this week. He just turned 45 this past december. im only 44 but i turn 45 this september, so yes it is way too young for him to have passed. i'm still pretty beside myself over it. time will heal my loss but he will be missed.
