Well, that was interesting....they turned on the live feed, and then Steve-o landed.....and they shut the feed off.

The news on FB says that the engine coughed and damaged the induction system, which they're apparently rebuilding currently.
From Scotty G: The engine sneezed as Stevo came up to something around 3,400 rpm and FT. He got the power back quickly, and set up to land. He still had power on landing. There were no dramatic signs on the airplane that it was unhappy. Only the engine is unhappy.
They're digging into it to find the problem and make a plan. Andy Chiavetta is working on a intake trunk former that was damaged. |

Finally got Voodoo repaired, and they flew this afternoon...still waiting for the official times to be published to see if they broke the record and by how much.
