those turbos make that thing quieter than you'd expect 4 radials to be.

pilots scared me right before this picture. they wanted to make this taxiway, so they stood on the brakes hard. ended up locking up the right main. i was afraid i was going to see the fucker ground loop.

At least they had their brown flight suits on.

They ran out of Texoma Regional (Perrin Field) in Denison, Texas in the late 90's early Aught's and then moved to Addison in Dallas, I think. I lost track of them after that.
If we are talking about the same birds. Owned by a couple from Dallas.

Did he used to (or still) own an L-29?  If so, I used to work with a guy that was related to him, and flew the L-29 some.
