Go buy a Chilton's manual for your vehicle.  It will have a "real" schematic for you electrical system.

Look for the wires which, if shorted to ground, could blow that fuse.  Then check each and every one of those wires.  Focus especially on wires that have power when the engine is off.  Look for damaged insulation which could lead to an intermittent short due to vibration, thermal cycling, etc. while parked.

Check that fuse in the morning before driving, then again after arriving at your destination.
