No one has nominated "Alone In the Dark"? It's bad, real bad. But not so much that it's campy/funny, which makes it even worse.
Tara Reid as an anthropologist, need I say more?

That was quite terrible.  I hadn't heard of that director (Uwe Boll) before, but he is now on my 'must avoid' list.  The plot was ridiculous, the acting was bad, numerous glaring flaws in logic, poor special effects, etc.

Super Troopers.

It was so bad, we stopped it half-way through and took it back to blockbuster to demand a different movie.

Obviously none of you have ever seen the movie Spookies.

I'll second AI.  That movie was a load of crap especially considering all of the hype.

I must be the only person on the planet who sat all the way through "Sphere" with Dustin Hoffman, Sharon Stone, and Samuel L. Jackson.

How bad was it?  It was so bad, I actually bought a copy to use as a benchmark to use in judging all other movies from here on out.

The only possible redeeming feature was watching Queen Latifa being eaten by jellyfish, if you can picture that.

Just let that image settle in for a minute and you can imagine how bad the rest of the movie was.

AI.... and it's all cause of the last twenty minutes.

Steven Spielberg was on crack, the movie would have been fine if  it ended when he fell in the water.

For those that haven't seen it, just stop the movie at that point, call it a tragedy, and it's over.

+1 -- it only sucked because Spielberg had to finish the making of the film and then he added that bull at the end of the movie.

That is one bad turkey.  I can never imagine being turned off hearing Nicole Kidman writhing in bed moaning, but I was.  I thought she was doing a bad impression of a bad porn movie.

And rest of the movie is crap, too.

While some of those are truly awful (and some are true cult classics) I assure you that the Worst. Movie. Ever. is:

It makes every movie mentioned so far look like a masterpiece. I defy you to try and sit through even a minute of this steaming, stinking turd.

I am officailly changing my vote from AI..... to something I just saw for the first time:

XXX: State of The Union.

The first XXX was an enjoyable bit of entertainment....an urbanized "anti-James Bond" flick,
the sequel.....shit. total, unadulterated shit.  I feel sorry for Willem Dafoe (one of the actors I like) having his name associated with that steaming pile of shit.

"Being John Malcovich" sucked big time, had a friend sucker me into renting it. I also hate Bette Midler, so pretty much anything shes in that she doesn't get killed probably sucks.

Well then you would love "Drowning Mona." She plays Mona and she drowns in the first 3 minutes.

But since ½ the movie is a kinda' flashback/background story she's still active in the movie.

You didn't like the Chinese Indians?   "We are Iindians...see our teeeepeeees."
or

or

+1.  When I saw the Indians (I think actually they were Japanese), with their swords on their waists, saying "we are Iiiindiannns...."  I was almost crying I laughed so hard.
