I need to replace a hose underneath that comes off of the fuel tank on my 1990 Buick Century 3.3L.  Do I need to depressurize the fuel system or can I just d/c the hose w/ a rag and replace?

I'd run it down to less than 1/4 tank, then remove the gas cap prior to working on it.

You'll want to take the pressure out of the line too.....easy way= pull the fuse or relay for the fuel pump, start car, let run till it dies. Messy way= take cap off shrader valve, wrap with rag and press valve open.
