2009 Chevy Silverado crew cab 5.8' bad. Currently has the stock 18" x 8" wide mag wheels but I want to go a bit wider. Wanting a little bigger tires as well. 9" or 10" wide maybe? Might need to offset too. I'm not experienced in this stuff.

You can fit a 33" tire on a 9-10 wheel if you have a leveling kit. The biggest deciding factor on what fits is the offset. If you stay around a 0 offset tires fit easy with no trimming, the more bro you go the more trimming you have to do. A -25 offset will most likely rub and if you go full brotard with a -44 offset major trimming will be required.
A 305 50 20 on a 20x9 with a 0 offset will fit good. With a leveling kit a 305 55 20 fits.
