It's a tie between the E30 and the E46 for me - I had an E30 in Germany, and my dad had an E46. They're both fantastic cars - BMW at their best, honestly.

I’m absolutely loving this car!! Possibly the greatest practical daily driver (for me) ever!! I have the first set of IS500 specific springs mailing to me soon, and also did an active exhaust that should bump it up to 500HP. The seats are amazing, the size of the car is perfect (for me, not too big, not too small) love the interior, the ride is beyond comfy…and the sound of the V8 is orgasmic. And, you can mash the shit out of the skinny all day long and not worry about reliability issues. We did the 900 mile drive back home, and hit the Redwoods and Hwy 101 up the west coast. Clicked 150mph at one point, it’s like a much more refined, 4 door Mustang

The wife was not enthused about my traction control testing

I’ll probably still pick up a manual 2023 M3, M2, or M4, to replace the track Mustang. Not entirely sure yet.

I sold my 93 fzj in August of last year and it bugged the hell out of me. I was shopping for a jdm immediately and found this one already built and we'll equipped for a can't pass up price.

230 watts of solar charging a 100a/hr Battleborn battery, ARBs engaged by an ARB dual compressor and on board air tank, fridge and stove on drawers in the back. Tire carrier outback with ladder for the RTT. It's not perfect but is relatively low miles for the 1hdt. And has a lot going for it.

Funny thing is 20 minutes after that photo the sun set and I found out that the HID headlight conversion didn't work and I was still a few hundred miles from home, so I finished the drive with intermittent use of the LP6 yellows

The 4runner is a beautiful. I had an 86 in black. I bought it from a doctor that used it for grocery runs. It had 57,000 on it in 1998. I drove it to 300k and sold it to a friend that put another 100k on it before losing it in a crash with a semi. Friend survived.

Yes. The SM-10s I have are 19x9.5 in front and 19x11 in back; the OEM wheels are 19x9 and 19x10. So I bumped up to 265/35/19 front and 285/35/19 back, stock tires are 255/35/19 and 275/35/19.

These are all-seasons (DWS06+). I may keep the OEM wheels for winter going forward and if I do, I’ll move the all-seasons to them and go up to 305/30/19 on the rears on the SM-10s for summer.

305/35/19 square setup? Damn.

Widest I can go up front is 275/35/19 without needing suspension changes.

Nice Mustang!

I lied! 🤦🏻‍♂️
The 305’s are what I’m supposed to move to after extended studs, I’m on 285/35/19 GY SC3’s for track setup. On the S550 Mustangs you do camber plates and -1.7 up front with extended studs and your GTG for 305’s squared.
I almost went Supra for a track car but didn’t have a back seat. I’ve driven the Supra on track, it’s a blast!
The Apex wheels kick ass for what they are, and price.

They do indeed. I looked at a bunch of options to replace the ugly OEM two-tones before settling on the Apexes. The SM-10s are very light for their size, come in great offsets for the Supra, are fully JWL/VIA certified, and are very reasonably priced compared to other flow-formed wheels (Rays, Enkei, etc.). At 30% off and free shipping (Black Friday sale) they were a no-brainer.

Nice! Their warranty is killer as well, 50% discount on damaged wheels, even if it’s your fault!

I got hit on August 1st.

I picked it up on Dec 14th.

I just went over 1200 miles yesterday..the shop did a fantastic job. Other than some tooling marks, you can not tell there was $26k in damage. Most of the almost 50 invoices associated with the repair are remove and replace with OEM.
