Details? FWD or RWD? Engine? I always thought they kinda perfected the sport wagon thing, and IMO it's sad they seem to now be going toward the shortened hybrid and EVs things instead.

It’s the R trim so the peak model of the day. Turbo 5 cyl awd 6 speed manual active suspension and brembo brakes.

Made 04-07. 3,407 sold in the US with half of those being manual.

I used to own one in the most sought after color(sonic blue) and really regretted selling it. So when I saw this pop up locally I had to have it.

ETA, I always thought a vehicle meant business when I saw wipers on the headlights. Fell in love with that feature when they started putting it on the nicer MBs.

Awesome car, my buddy has a silver 2005 V70R 6-speed manual with the dark blue (almost black) interior.....and it's the only one I've ever seen.

Yeah, you can now actually get a ZL1 with 1LE with an automatic, which is the only way I'd go personally. I toyed with the idea, but from my personal research I was thinking, it would beat me to death, AND it would create a circus everywhere I drove it, cause it LOOKS like the street legal race car that it really is.

I would love to get a ZL1-1LE.

In 2015 I settled for a GT Perf Pack instead of going for a GT350, fuck you Ford and your ADM bullshit.

The 2015 is too soft and trying to be too sophisticated. It is a big giant compromise.

Compare to my 66 which likes to remind you how quickly it could kill you if you are stupid. The ZL1-1LE sounds like perfection. 1LE cannot be any more harsh than my 95 Cobra with track based suspension.

Wife unit got a new rocketship yesterday. We washed it this morning and will get PPF and tinting done in the next month. Ordered some Adam's graphene coating that we will apply in the next week or so as well. It's completely silly to drive. It looks like a sedate little grocery getter but sounds like a camaro with an aftermarket exhaust.
