This friggin headache!!!

Ever seen a 1000hp capable Subaru Longblock, with 99% factory accessories on it??? Well now you have! SMH

STI 6mt swap, IAG Stage 4 shortblock, Fully built heads, yadda yadda... With the factory VF52  turbo and 100% stock fueling, it made 356whp 410wtq @ 21psi on 93oct (106% injector duty cycle )

Taking a break from spending more $$$ on it, and honestly have lost about 90% interest in it

Takes $20k in motor work alone in a Subaru to make 800whp... and have it last a lil while.

I'm looking at another $8k realistically to achieve that power number "Safely" (Turbo, Clutch, Flex Fuel, FMIC kit, Axles, Fuel Sump and pumps, tune)

F that... I can do a whole Turbo LS swapped S10 for that $8k, and be faster lol

If it was just a simple bellhousing adapter for the transmission, and keep it AWD with the STI trans... I would, and so would a lot of guys.
LS swapped WRXs would be the most popular swap, since almost every owner blows their motor at least once lmao

Yeah it was at LS Fest... Quite possibly thee only 1 😆

Those Bellhousing adapters are basically so you can use the STI trans in other applications.

A guy I know is in the testing phase of his adapter to use the 4g63 engine in STIs... 4g>EJ... LS>All lol

Congrats!!!!!

Is that a Fit?  My Mother in law has had two of those now.  They do seem decent.   Although she was complaining about not being able to find tires for it easily....  But looks like you have some upgraded tires anyways....

They are big on the inside for being so small.

Yeah. It's a second gen base model. The chassis is the best of them, it makes more power than the first, but less than the 3rd. Though I like the looks of the current generation better, you have to go 2018 and up to get a decent one. This is a bit of a throwback as you get power windows, mirrors, and locks plus an immobilizer and that's literally it. No frills.

It has as much interior space as a typical crossover SUV, and with a turbo, supercharger, or K swapped engine they have pretty good poke due to being relatively light. As they come straight line speed sucks, but they hustle around a corner pretty well.

Someday it'll make a good sleeper.

Because LS swap. Duh, Jason. Those subbies are wicked fast. But for an idiot in an F150 and an untimely lane change I had one that came close to gapping Xena before her final round of mods!

Not mine, but took a road trip to pick up a 65 Mustang with a friend of mine. Turned out to be a POS. Front end needed to be rebuilt, leaked oil like a seive, and paint was bubbling in several spots. We ended up finding this on the way home. Fresh restoration, 1000 mines on new motor. Looks fresh off the showroom floor minus a few dings. He's a fan of VW's. I knew when I saw it, we'd be dragging it home. Getting that narrow little fucker up the ramp was a bit stressful.

And there's no chance of your gun flinging out at speed.  LOL.  Lookin good.

This is what I've been doing lately for fun.  Admittedly I've not shot in the last few months.  Need to remedy that.  See pic below:

No money for cars but I need to start looking for one for my Daughter.  But...  more than likely it's going to be a cheap POS.  I would love to find a stick Ford Fiesta SVT and take it for myself and then she could drive my Focus.  But I'm kind of partial to my Focus.  But I so want a manual shifted car.  Really badly.    Plus a hatchback is a good idea.  Especially if it was big enough to throw my BMX bike in it.  I got a trunk rack for my Focus, but haven't mounted it yet.

I forgot if you said, is your Fit a manual gearbox?

Guy I know was going down a Subbie black hole.   Lott custom stuff to build a big HP corner carver.

Somewhere along the line he said fuck it, after spending 20k+.

He returned the subbie to stock and went out and bought a Lotus Exige.

The Exige does a HELL of a lot with less.

I kinda hate him because he is small enough to fit in that little rocketship.   He has done a couple mods to make it even more ridiculous for a street car.

Somehow I managed to squeeze into an Elise... But I literally had to crawl and slither out

Yeah, I'm probably just going to sell the wrx come spring time.
Not sure what I'll replace it with probably a C5Z or a V2 CTS-V  sedan... Lots of options still on the table.

You watch your whore mouth

I haven't been shooting much, but I'd like to get the girlfriend more proficient.

Hatchback and manual shift are good things. Mine is with the manual.

I haven't had a BMX bike since 1996. My mountain bike has been down with a rear wheel that's needed laced up for years (hub died).

My lowly Fit.

My current situation...

I've been boosting the stock bottom end ls1 for a few years now and was seeing 14 psi peak at 6800 rpm this last year.  I wanted more, but decided I didn't want to push the sbe any further.  I ordered up a forged LS3 short block and will be assembling the rest of the motor.  Nothing to crazy staying with a cathedral port top end, custom cam from cammotion, upgraded max effort rockers from ws6store, ls9 head gaskets, arp studs, etc.  Power adder is a D1x procharger with helical cut gears.  Fuel is E85 and tuning is all done by me.  Trans is built by RPM transmissions and lots of drive shaft shop stuff in the driveline.  Currently stock piling parts while I wait for the short block to arrive.
