but not for me...

How do I clear out all of my cookies?  I'm using IE, but even when I clear them out with the Internet Tools function, then run CCleaner, I still have auto completes in some fields (including my bank account!).
Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

go to the control panel>  double click internet options>  click the  content tab>  then autocomplete> click what you want to clear
