convert it to *.pdf then do the ctrl+c, crtl+v thing (copy and paste)

edit:
http://www.softinterface.com/Convert-PowerPoint/Convert-PowerPoint.htm
will convert *.ppt files to PDF, DOC, HTM, RTF, TXT etc.

how would i go about renaming it?

For goodness' sake, email it to me and I'll strip it out for you.

hahah

Rename a file:
Right click on file, select "rename" and call it whatever you want. (*NOTE: if you have the folders set to not show file extensions, you won't be able to change the file's extension doing it this way.)

Oh, and extracting text from a Power Point Slide isn't considered "cracking", not even close.

You can download a Power Point Viewer from www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=428d5727-43ab-4f24-90b7-a94784af71a4&displaylang=en

It might let you highlight text and copy it.
