Sysinternals Freeware - SDelete
SDelete works on Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0 and Win2K. ... Download SDelete (x86- 20KB) Download SDelete Plus Source (x86- 54KB) Back to Top. Home.
www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/source/sdelete.shtml

scrubs indivvidual files, folders or slack space on an entire drive

It's not a GUI, (at least the older version I run)
