Windows 2000.

PC was working fine until last night.  I deleted cookies, history.  I downloaded Microsoft upgrades.

Then I lost the ability to connect.  This is a software issue, I believe.  The PC I'm on now had no probems connecting.

When re-installing the Verizon software, I kept getting "not configured for DHCP".

Also, I'm missing QoS Packet Scheduler.  Is that important?

Thank for the help.

Edit:  Forget it.  I'm going to do an XP upgrade later.
