Well, today was the Hillsboro airshow. I didn't attend, but was able to see them from my house and nearby field.

A guy I shoot with a lot has one. We call it the Hubble telescope. Lol. He even uses teleconverters on it occasionally.

If I did the math right, this is a 1680 mm equivalent focal length. 400mm > 2x (800) > 1.4x (1120) > D500 - 1.5x crop factor (1680)

Just getting back in to photography. The last camera I had was a Canon EOS3 and only shot B&W. I'm learning digital and LR/PS as fast as I can and loving every minute of it.
