Man I am voracious after my daily workouts. Anything in sight dissapears. I can't keep anything unhealthy around or else, I'll eat it when I get back. No way around it. Is that normal.
I usually sit down with a loaf of whole wheat heavy bran bread and a quart of fat free yogurt and go till I can't fit more in my mouth.
(PS, I'm the size of a house, and do 1500 calories worth of stairs in 1.5 hours every day. That's my routine. I love it)
Anyone else suffer from this malady?
(and of course, 2 L of water in a second or two....)
