Cottage cheese is a good food for this as it contains the casein in it but I can not stand it. Its probably the one food that makes me feel sick at the site of it. I must have had a traumautic cottage cheese experience when i was younger.



Well, if that is the case, then I would check out edge nutrition if they have them around you. They are by far the cheapest I have ever seen for anything. You can't even beat their prices on the internet, and most times that holds true even before you calculate the shipping.
