About 10 miles shy of 100 miles for the month. Hopefully in September, the weather will start cooling down some with less humidity as the monsoon season winds down. |

I can’t imagine doing anything other than required biological functions for a 1000 days straight… |

I used to take Sundays off completely and I'd feel creaky and lethargic on my Monday runs. One Sunday I ended up putting in just a few really easy miles because I was frustrated with something and afterwards noticed that I felt better than usual on that next Monday. And so it began. 15.25 / 2,906 Tough workout this morning. I could use a nap already, but I may get another super easy 4 miles in first. |

Anyone else have an issue with their elevation this morning while running and using a Garmin GPS watch? What normally is a 10ft change in elevation on my run this morning, Garmin said that it was 929ft, which is absurd given the flat landscape I run on and being in the floor of the valley. |

I'll have to see what I have the GPS configured at, but I've not changed it since I bought the watch. The GPS options I have are: 1. GPS Only 2. GPS + GLONASS 3. GPS + GALILEO |

GPS Only 2. GPS + GLONASS 3. GPS + GALILEO No barometric altimeter in that one, so those altitude readings are coming from the satellite systems. As such, it could have been a satellite anomaly, firmware glitch, or just a setting being sub-optimal. Side note: If you haven't changed this, go to settings> system> data recording and make sure you're on "every second" mode and not "smart". This will take a reading every second instead of every four seconds, which will lead to more accurate and smoother readings. |

I'll verify before my run tomorrow morning. This morning's run the readings were back to normal, weird, but like you said it could have been an anomaly. |
