Recovery day. I'm strongly considering joining a training group put on by my favorite running store. First workout for that would be Tuesday. |

Quoted: I get rid of any shirts I have this issue with, but I still use these for races: https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.ebayimg.com%2Fimages%2Fg%2FD3sAAOSwRThc4AE-%2Fs-l400.jpg&f=1&nofb=1 10.05 / 207.3 Group workout yesterday evening went well, though the timing will throw a bit of a wrench in my usual week. I'll get it figured out, though. View Quote I have those too and when I don't I use clear waterproof Nexcare bandages. Since being on keto, I need to get smaller sized running shirts as the ones I've been using for a few years now are getting to loose on me. I'll be back out there tomorrow with one or the other in use. |

Requested to join the Garmin group at 2:44p eastern time.

Quoted: 4.20 / 68.06 View Quote 6.10 / 74.16 I'm still trying to talk myself into The Woodlands Marathon on 3/6. I'm a few weeks behind where I would want to be with the training program, but far enough along (and experienced enough) to think that I can "finish". Only 90 spots remaining. I just don't have the drive for it that I did last year. We'll see how I feel after a good, long run on Saturday. The longest I've done recently was 12 miles. At this point last year, I was doing 14-18 every weekend. I need to decide soon; it's past time to break in new shoes. This pair has most of last year's 1K miles. |

View Quote Best of luck to you, mate! After Dallas in December 2019 and Cowtown (Ft. Worth) February of 2020 being 20*+ warmer than typical for winter I've sworn off going to Texas for a marathon no matter what time of year! |

1km repeats at ~10k effort today with 1 minute recoveries. Felt like I had a breakthrough halfway through this workout and that my fitness has taken a jump. |

4x 800s after heavy squats today. Moving at what felt like 80%, came it at 13:30 total. Track and field athlete I am not!
