6000/646,000

25x :20 all out :40 recovery at 7 or 8 damper setting

Average of 99-100 meters per :20 work interval

Had to take a couple rests in there. There’s also about 700 cool down meters in the total.

Thanks! I’m still chugging along.

Most of my meters right now are warm up and recovery for lifting. I started Starting Strength about 4 weeks ago. Between deadlifting and building a retaining wall right now I’m pretty happy to get in some easy meters to keep my back loose.

i've been following along.  i started rowing at the beginning of the year.  i usually row first thing in my workout (5-7 minutes) and then i'll come back to it before i leave the gym for another 3 minutes or so for a cool down.

That’s basically what I’m doing now. I do 1000m to warm up, lift, then row another 1000-4000m to cool down. Eventually I’m going to add in a conditioning day but for now I don’t want to interfere with my lifting progress.

I’d be reeeeeeally tempted to start my home gym by buying a Concept2 rower. It’s worth it.

I’m about to add in a couple of days of conditioning with lifting so you should start seeing a bit of an uptick over my current pace.

I've been putting some more meters in with my training. About 5000m for this week so far. I have been doing 2k training. Best time was today at 7:05. Working on getting that under 7 and working from there.

Keep going.

If I keep my average around 15k/week I should hit 1million meters before the end of the year.

I'm not posting on here a lot because C2 keeps a great log for me, but I'm about to hit 250K and I started in August.  Won't make a 1M by years end, but still happy with how much better I've gotten.
