I'll get so.e pics tomorrow, unfortunately I've been sick for a week and a half and lost 10# in the middle of my winter bulk, so at least I almost have abs again.

Ok, here's me today. My cut manifested itself as a bulk with family and good food over the holidays.
I'm back on the wagon and looking forward to 2019. 
I'm thankful for the motivation this thread gave me over this past year, and for everyone who's been on the ride with me. |

Currently weighing in at 185.5, was up over 192, until I contracted the Plague of Death a couple weeks ago, which not only kept me out of the gym, but also cost me almost 10#.
