Are y’all logging biking miles or only running miles? Just curious...I may also bike some, it’s a stationary spin bike.

Thoughts?

Only running/walking/rucking miles. I think there was a biking thread last year though.

I'm off to a rough start this year.
That said, this was one of those runs that just feels good. I didn't go far or get there quickly, but it just felt right. Glad I braved the relative cold.

I am trying to get into better shape, maybe this thread will hold me more accountable. I currently have bronchitis but as soon as I get better I’ll start running and logging my times. So far I have 1.0/1.0 for the year.

Stick with it, it will motivate you for sure. If you're anything like me you'll find someone that is keeping about the same progression as you and try to stick with them all year.

I was out of shape and started running last March or April, couldn't even run a full mile.  By September I was running a 24 minute 5k and ran my first half marathon in October at just over 2 hours.  I also lost about 50 pounds in the process.

Keep it up, it can be very rewarding to see the progress.

I didn't know we were counting walking and rucking?  I'll keep track at BCT and AIT.

The southern snowpocalypse really screwed me up with my gym closed and ice all over my street. I didn’t think I’d be running in cleats after I left Alaska.
