Hello,

I believe I am suffering from lateral pelvic tilt. I know that I definitely need to strengthen my lower abs, hamstrings, and glutes. I was wondering if anyone has any advice to give on what works/the best course of action to get my hips back in proper alignment.
This site is full of knowledge, especially when it comes to fitness, so any help is appreciated. If there is any other info I can give to help you help me, please let me know.

Thanks

Funny, T-Nation is what I first read trying to come up with a solution. I have been doing hip thrusts but for whatever reason never thought to add weights to them. I'll start incorporating that as well as those hip flexor stretches. Thanks man
