I'm fatter than RoG, I measured at about 29" a few weeks ago.

Where have I been...

Well at my job we ended up doing 4 projects. 3 hardees and a Verizon/coffee concept retail building.

We lost money on 2 and made money on 2 so at the end of the day it was a wash. So we pulled the plug.

I have another job lined up but won’t start for another month or so..so in the interim I am driving a cement truck (mixer) for a couple months. I’ve done it before.

So that’s where I’ve been...tons of hours at work.

That sucks, I was across the street from your office the other day and was going to call you but I got stuck for a few hours. Glad you've got something else lined up, I'm back on the road a bunch and haven't touched a barbell in weeks now. Are you still sticking to that diet? How is it working for you? My wife is still doing IIFYM and has lost a lot of fat and no weight, so she's really doing well from it. I'm too lazy to try.

A lot.

I'm going to do night vision at CW East and still get top 5. Going to be hard as it's hard to see things at night.
