I might be optimistic but I am not stupid!...alright,maybe a little bit![;)]
When I say I am going to work out hard it is relative to my age and body capability.I am just saying I am planning on pushing myself a bit.....but not over a cliff and back into surgery! [:)]
500 lb squats?
I would not even dream of trying it.I have a good back, and do not intend to blow it doing what I know I should not be doing!
I will open a thread to keep you all informed of what exercises I do,the Lbs involved,# of reps,etc on a weekly basis,so you can determine if the mag10 and the program is doing anything.
If I can, I will post a before and after picture, plus "interval pics" every 6-8 weeks.
I intend to do this for 12 weeks to evaluate it.
