As long as you're not having any adverse reactions to that amount of excercise you can keep it up. I see no need to increase it though,unless you want to, you're getting more cardio than I am. [;)]

Sounds to me like you have got it going on. More young folks with no hypertension should have that kind of work ethic when it comes to their fitness.

It is my opinion that most "old farts" that get serious about excerise end up doing too much cardio.  I think 30 min a day on average is more then enough.  Most don't seem to hit the weights enough.   I think 3 hours weight training/ 3hours cardio a week is about right.
