If you're asking about the paper targets (red A zone, black B zone) the A zone is 8".

Amazon has them fairly cheap. 50/$14.99 IPSC targets shipped.
ETA: Use paper plates to cover up holes in A zones and get more mileage from them. Grab a set of pasters and see your hits outside a zones. |

Cheapest way is to help tear down the stages of a match. Take the used cardboard targets and patch them.
