I want to practice 3gun so the targets they use with a,c,d marks. What would the plates be considered, a?

If you're asking about the paper targets (red A zone, black B zone) the A zone is 8".

Amazon has them fairly cheap. 50/$14.99 IPSC targets shipped.

ETA:  Use paper plates to cover up holes in A zones and get more mileage from them.  Grab a set of pasters and see your hits outside a zones.
