Had some issues with the follower getting hung up on the mag catch. It wasn't consistent at first. It wasn't until a couple of followers were stuck mid-mag even after being ejected and it happened more consistently that I got to the bottom of it. Initially I thought it was jamming due to not-enough-crimp on the loads.

Edit: Ran a match today. That seemed to fix it. No hiccups.

your video saved me. I was having the exact same issue, and for the life of me I couldn't figure it out. I thought I had a striker
assembly problem. I saw your video and just to test it flipped the mag release back over (an extended one from Speed shooters specialties)
and left it as I would for a right handed shooter.
I shot a steel challenge yesterday and it ran without a hiccup.
