For shotgun I use Remington STS and Winchester AA in #7.5 shot at 1145 fps.  If the stage requires slugs, I use Remington Managed Recoil (1200 fps).  For tough steel I keep a box of #6 shot at 1300 fps.  For close in clays I also have a box of Fiocchi Spreaders.

For rifle I reload.  Under 100 yards I use 50 gr Nosler SP loaded with AA2230 to about 2800 fps.  Past 100 yards I shoot 77 gr Nosler CC JHP with IMR8208 at 2600 fps.

For pistol I shoot 9 mm MG 124 gr JHP with VV N320 for minor loads and VV N350 for major loads.

My shotgun will eat pretty much anything but I usually use Win AA light target loads at bigger matches just because they are so consistent.  I always bring along some Win AA 1300 fps loads in case there is a stage with a swinger or heavy set poppers/long steel.

Club matches it doesn't matter.  Fiocchi, Win, Rem or Federal bulk packs.  I have a huge pile of Win AA and Fiocchi that I bought a couple years ago with big discounts so that is all I have shot for a while.

9mm -  handloads.  Pretty light.  I'm a gamer.  Precision "Black Bullets"  because they have been working very well for me for years.  Very accurate and easy on the wallet.

Rifle - Usually handloads but I bought a couple cases of Federal 50gr ballistic tips on a 4th of July sale.  Always full power because I want flat trajectory, more gas works a comp better, and I have an adjustable gas block.  Has to be '3-gun accurate' with a hot barrel.  Bonus points if it matches my BDC really well but I have an EZ-Dope so if I need to I can reference that very quickly.

Pistol:  Round2 115gr 9mm competition loads.  Previously, Freedom Munitions 124gr 9mm

Rifle:  PRVI 69gr for long range.  Federal, ISMI, PRVI XM193 usually for 55gr hosing.  Freedom 55gr for practice/hosing.  Going to try Round2 77gr competition loads at some point.....

Shotgun:  Winchester AA 2.75dr, 1-1/8oz birdshot.  Fiocchi 1oz low recoil slugs.  Federal turkey loads or Prairie Storm for MGM spinner.  Remington Express for a heavy #6 load for longer targets.
