Hello Shooters!
This is the first of several emails you will receive pertaining to the 3- Gun Nation Southwest Regional presented by Bushmaster. Part of the 3-Gun Nation Regional Series presented by Cheaper Than Dirt!

The match is a two day format, October 11th-12th with awards immediately following the completion of shooting on Sunday.  Shooter registration will begin Friday afternoon around 3:00 pm.  A detailed schedule for the weekend will follow in the coming weeks.   The range is COMPLETELY CLOSED until Friday at the specified time, usually around 2:00 PM.  

Squads 1-8 will shoot AM on Sat and PM on Sunday.  Squads 9-14 will shoot the opposite schedule.  Online Self Squadding will open in the next couple of weeks.  Log into your profile, click EVENTS, enter Midwest, select appropriate event.  A Squad tab will be in the center of the page.

HOST HOTEL  
The Hampton Inn will be our host hotel for this event.   This hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the range.  They have guaranteed us a rate of $139 for weekdays $169 Weekends.  Please ask for 3-Gun Nation in order to receive this rate.  This property serves a hot breakfast daily.  Their complete contact information is listed below

Copperhead Creek Shooting Club
For those of you who have not attended an event at this location, you will be able to drive to the bays. You are more than welcome to bring your own ATV for use.  The address for the range, as well as web-site, is listed below.

Copperhead Creek Shooting Club also has several large bunkhouses that will sleep 8 people each.  There is one large bathhouse with these.  These are brand new facilities that just opened on July 4th!  I believe the cost is around $100 per night per bunkhouse.  Linens and bedding are not provided.  I can send pictures if you are interested.   Reservations for these accommodations must be made directly through the range.  Please call Thomas at 830-265-4950 to make reservations.

Round Count
We anticipate approximately 120 rifle, 130 pistol, 80 shot, and 10 slugs for the match.  Course descriptions will not be released prior to the event.  You can safely assume there will be one long shotgun stage.

Slings will not be required for this event.

DIVISIONS
Right now there aren’t enough participants in either Heavy Optics or Heavy Metal to run those divisions.  If you are registered for either of those divisions, you will be bumped to your second choice.  If you are unsure of your second choice, please contact me directly and I will take care of it for you.  [email protected]

Refunds
Just a friendly reminder that if for some reason you need to withdraw from the match, Sept 6th is the final day to withdraw and receive a 100% refund, and September 26th is the last day for a 50% refund.
