Well, I'm headed back to another hour of Extra prep, someday I'll learn to negotiate a check in or talk?

You had a solid signal on your relay, but I didn’t hear Ohio_Sharkman that time for a relay.  Crazy propagation

He got 2/3rds of my call on 40m. I could just barely hear him over the noise here. Talked to him on Zello instead...

Terrible condx here for me. Weird of all weird he heard me on 20m....that's not supposed to happen! My Daughter was standing by to check in, we'll try again next time

Are we giving it a try this evening? Finally have transmit capability at my new shack, but 100 watts only into an 80-meter OCF which needs to be higher than it is.

I've almost finished the new shack I built in my basement, and have made some pleasant contacts in the last day or two. Don't know if I can reach any of you, but would like to try!

Cheers...  Jim

I can open the net at 8:00 pm EST on 40 meters.  Not sure what band conditions are, but let’s give it a go.

We'll start on 20 meters at 7:30 - 7:40 PM Eastern and switch to 40 meters for the regular net at 8:00 PM Eastern US.

No license, no radio - no problem. Want to listen to your signal? I'll be "broadcasting" the net on our Zello channel (ARFCOM HAM RADIO channel). Zello is a free app. Works like a web based walkie talkie. Very simple to use. Download and install to your phone. search for ARFCOM HAM RADIO channel and join us.

Just check into the net tonight. First time on an ARFCOM net since 2007 or 2008. This is the first time I have login to my account since about 2014. Glad I could still get in.

Great sounding net. Net control was +10 over into Miami.

Edit
I forgot to log off and back on after paying for a membership.
