Those are pins from the Raspberry Pi GPIO header that aren't used by this Pi hat.

I hope so. I am going to add it to a Motorola CDM750 to make a simplex DMR hotspot - as soon as I get a CW ID method worked out. Once everything is working well, I will add another radio and some duplexers and it will hopefully end up a full blown DMR repeater.
