Well the turkey is in the smoker. In about 8 hours the bird will be just right. Apple wood, whiskey soaked chunks as well. One question how the heck do you thaw a 20lb turkey out? This one was in the fridge since we bought it on Thursday and the neck, gizzard and some ice still in the insides?
